Before founding Candace & Co., I spent more than 20 years leading marketing strategy across business to business, retail, and consumer packaged goods. As a Vice President of Marketing and member of executive teams, I was responsible for shaping growth strategies, defining brand positioning, and guiding organizations through scale.

I have made decisions on marketing investments in the hundreds of millions, and I have also driven growth when resources were limited. Experience has shown me that success is not about the size of the budget. It is about knowing what truly moves the needle and executing with focus.
